SAFETY WARNINGS & PRODUCT CARE 

WARNING: SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY CAN OCCUR WITH IMPROPER USE OF A MYOPLUS PRODUCT. ​READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.


Ensure you read all safety instructions before use. Only use Myoplus products for their intended purpose & as demonstrated in any instructions provided with the product. 

Before starting any exercise activity seek medical advice in order to determine any condition that may prevent you from exercising safely (examples: pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure or cholesterol, diabetes, smoking etc.) These instructions do not, in any way, substitute expert medical advice.

  • All Myoplus products are tested for quality and use the highest manufacturing standards.
  • Using band products as resistance during exercise carries the inherent risk of injury or damage to property if the product were to break or be released under tension. Please adhere to all safety information to minimize this risk. By purchasing & using these products the consumer assumes all risk associated with its use & releases Myoplus of any liability.
  • It is up to the owner of the product to ensure that all users of the product are aware of all safety instructions & always supervised.
  • Product is not a toy & should be kept away from children &/or pets
  • When opening & closing the collapsable roller, keep all fingers/objects out of the way so it can open/close to its maximum capability.
  • Thoroughly inspect the product before each use for signs of damage, wear & tear that could cause it to fail during use. Never use a damaged product.
  • Practice all exercises in a slow & controlled manner.
  • Keep the exercise environment clear of debris & sharp objects, remove all jewellery, tie up long hair & wear fitted clothing to prevent injury.
  • Do not leave product in sun, direct light, rain or car. Always store in a clean, cool & dry environment. Do not store or use product in a hot environment.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY, CARE & WARNINGS FOR BAND PRODUCTS

  • Do not use any product in a way that would cause them to snap towards the head & injure the eyes. Always wear safety glasses for protection during use.
  • Do not stretch bands more than 3 times its resting length. Over-stretching the product can result in injury.
  • Inspect the product for tears or abrasions before each use, especially at areas where the product is attached or anchored. If possible, vary the position that the product is anchored to prevent continuous wear in the same location. Never use a damaged product.
  • Ensure that the product is properly secured around/under the feet when required. The point to which the product is anchored should be stable, fixed & smooth (1) Never fix anchor to a door in a way that could result in the door being pulled open. Always pull resistance products in a direction so that the door closes towards you. (2) If anchoring off a pole/post, always ensure it is well secured & not capable of snapping/breaking/bending under the tension or force of the resistance product.
  • Never release the resistance bands while under tension. Sudden release will cause the band to snap back causing significant injury. Always carefully return band to its original length before releasing.
  • Myoplus products can be washed with mild soapy water but MUST BE hung or laid flat to allow air dry out of direct sun. If product comes into contact with chlorinated or saltwater, ensure to rinse with fresh water thoroughly & promptly after use.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are offering $12.00 flat rate stanadrd shipping for orders inside Australia, or $17.00 express shipping rate.

Most destinations in Australia will be within 4-7 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 10 working days.

Shipments are only made available Australia-wide & with Authority to Leave. Authority to Leave means the Customer gives permission to the Seller for the product to be left at the requested address, whether anybody is available to accept the delivery or not. Please ensure that you provide an address that can accept a delivery during normal business hours. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

If the Customer requests the Seller to postpone delivery of the Product beyond the delivery date or dates specified in the order, the Seller may agree to do so if the Customer pays an additional fee for such postponement & for storage charges.

All Myoplus products are supplied on a delivery only basis & compulsory postage and handling charges apply. Postage & handling charges apply “per item” therefore multiple orders made in the same transaction will incur additional postage & handling charges unless there is a special delivery offer running.

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Myoplus will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to miss information given on your order form, or where the customer is not available to accept the delivery.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS​

If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product. Myoplus will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the customer or a third party or by fair wear & tear.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@myoplus.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorisation number by email. Your email must be sent within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt & indicate your personal details, invoice number & product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to info@myoplus.com.au. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty. If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, you will be charged the postage &/or handling fees. If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced & postage &/or handling will be paid for by Myoplus.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing of the website, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.
