How much is shipping? We offer a flat rate of $10.00 shipping for all orders inside of Australia.
What's your returns policy? If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@myoplus.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order? Most destinations in Australia will be within 4-7 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 10 working days.
